Hospice RN Responsibilities: Completes initial comprehensive and ongoing assessment of patient and family to determine Hospice needsAdmissions of patient for services and development of the initial patient/family Plan of CareCoordination of services with the patient, family, and hospice interdisciplinary team membersOngoing clinical supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health AidsRequirements:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseRN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing Minimum 1 year of Hospice agency experience requiredValid Driver's License, auto insurance and reliable transportationExcellent observation, problem solving and communication skillsCompassion and integrity
