Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:[ Construction, New model production] Inspection and reporting of building progress Identification and reporting of problems Support for installation and tryout of new equipment and press die Purchase, installation, and tryout support for tooling (pallets, tools, BLK racks) Reporting of new vehicle development progress status [Production, Equipment] Daily production plan and performance reporting, plan adjustment Daily, monthly, and annual production plan and performance reporting Analysis and reporting of production downtime Quality reporting and review related to non-operational factors Post-process problem analysis and reporting Material issue excerpt, feedback, and analysis Installation and tryout support for auxiliary equipment (overhead crane, scrap conveyor, die transportation) Purchase, installation, and tryout support for press die processing equipment (CNC plano milling machine, lathe, milling, etc.) [Management] Investment plan and progress reporting Worker management and work standard preparation support Safety rules and regulations compliance check and education support Qualifications & Preferences: Required : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Engineering) Preferred : Ability to build and maintain good relationships with other manufacturing units for effective communication Commitment to cooperation in strengthening organizational power through communication and active exchanges among employees Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications Travel Requirement: Domestic / International travel required Working Hours (Shift) Requirement: Employment opportunities at HMGMA will be completed in multiple phases Shift assignment for this position may change to meet the business needs Any changes will be communicated to employees and according to accommodation; will be considered Compensation & Benefits: Company offers opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and benefits Benefits include competitive Medical / Vision / Dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and competitive 401k plan 93% company-paid Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (starts on Day 1) 401K Program - up to 6% match: 100% vested at 5 years of service (starts 30 days after start date) Company-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, Short-term Disability and Long-Term Disability Relocation package available Other Information: HMGMA will take into consideration each applicant's previous experience when determining position level placement FLSA Classification: Exempt/Salary
