Job Description:

Maintains sanitation of kitchen area and equipment by: washing dishes, pots, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Sets up work area at the beginning of the shift. Maintains Steward, Restaurant
