Hold 3rd parties responsible to deliver tasks on time.Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.Managing tickets across multiple business systems environments to ensure continued and synchronized operations.Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Vendor.Manage SaaS application releases, testing and go-live with least business impact.Work with auditors to deliver required information and manage access reviews for applications.Keeping a record of escalation and scheduling application updates.Documenting processes and monitoring application performance.Prioritize multiple, open issues, and deliver solutions.Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions and follow SDLC process.Process Tickets for APTOS, ORACLE, Great Plains, and other systems.Report common issues identified from service partners for escalationPerforms other specific duties or assignments as directed by enterprise applications director and manager.What You BringA bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.10+ years demonstrated experience managing teams and managing user requirements.10+ years demonstrable experience as technical lead in the retail industry.Technical and functional knowledge of Merchandising system, WMS system and Finance.Knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as SQL, JAVA, HTML, .net, PLSQL and other scripting languages.
