Akkodis is seeking a Lab Automation Support Technician for a contract position with a client located in West Chesterfield MO. You will assist the team with adhering to safety protocols, auditing parts and equipment, performing scheduled Preventive Maintenance, completing bench repairs, and repairing equipment within a lab environmentPaySalary Range: $25.00hr - $36.00hrLab Automation Support Technician job responsibilities include:• Ensure the lab equipment is safe for use and that there are no hazards within the space • Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM): Weekly check what PM's are due and perform them with care and accuracy.• Complete Bench Repairs: This candidate should be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot errors for downed equipment. They will check what equipment needs to be repaired and perform the repair, perform a PM, and then test the equipment to prove it meets our standards.• Repair Equipment within a lab environment: This candidate will occasionally assist the other technicians with corrective repairs.
