As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll play an integral role in preparing cases, conducting legal research, organizing documents, and supporting attorneys in the courtroom.**Responsibilities:**📑 Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation.🔍 Conduct thorough legal research, analyze findings, and present key information to attorneys.🗃️ Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.💼 Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial binders.💬 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and courteously.🕒 Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for multiple cases simultaneously.🖥️ Utilize legal software and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.**Qualifications:**⚖️ Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, legal terminology, and document management.📚 Proficient in legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.💻 Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite and case management software.🔍 Attention to detail, superb organizational abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.💪 Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.🗣️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and tactful demeanor.💡💡What will I be doing?💡💡Our Litigation Paralegals are empathetic advocates and aggressive representatives for our clients during the litigation phase; assisting our attorneys in delivering whatever is in the best interest of the client.This position requires existing skills in legal document drafting and personal injury litigation practices.This position is full time: Weekdays M-Th 8-5pm and Fridays 8-4pm.
