Job SummaryOur client, a leader in SaaS innovation for post-acute healthcare, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to support the company's growth and oversee the revenue cycle. In this role, the Accounts Receivable Manager will be essential to the finance function, leading a small team and maintaining the company's contract-to-cash billing system. Responsibilities include overseeing the accounts receivable and collections process, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition per ASC 606 standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue accounting procedures.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Accounts Receivable and Collections teamAdminister and manage Contract to Cash (HCP's subscription management system) to ensure accurate and timely collections and reporting of revenue and AR KPIsEnsure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standardsOversee the commission accounting processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Rev Ops teams, to streamline revenue accounting proceduresOversee collections efforts to maintain DSOs (Days Sales Outstanding) within company standardsDevelop and maintain strong internal controls over the revenue accounting processPrepare and present comprehensive financial reports related to revenueRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in revenue accounting, preferably in a SaaS environmentCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferredFamiliarity with sales tax applicable to the software industryExperience leading a revenue accounting function in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong understanding of ASC 606 and its application in revenue accountingExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a teamExperience with Zuora and Salesforce strongly preferredExceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skillsSummaryApply today!EEO NoticeHomeland LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
