EF Educational Tours (ET), Explore America (EA) and EF Tours for Girls (TfG), divisions of EF Education First, are seeking a driven, collaborative, growth-oriented Paid Search Manager on the Marketing and Creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy of, and implementing pay-per-click search campaigns to drive qualified website traffic and to acquire new customers.What you'll do:In this role, you will develop the strategy and own the execution of our pay-per-clickpaid search acquisition efforts to contribute to the business' aggressive growth goals. Details include:Collaborate with our business analytics, media, SEO and web teams to understand past performance, analyze current paid search campaign performance and recommend future-looking strategy and optimizations.Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, and Bing Ads for three key EF productsMaintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.Manage the creation of large keyword lists.Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client munication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.Partner with SEO and web team leads to ensure a seamless customer experience across organic search and a visitor's web experience.Surface audience, landing page, and keyword insights to identify areas of opportunity and inform campaign and business optimizations.Who you are:4-6 years of experience executing paid search (PPC) campaigns and working in Google Ads and Bing AdsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProficiency in managing moderate to large scale paid search PPC accounts, with a focus on driving conversion metricsExperience driving conversion rate optimizationComfortable working in a test and learn environmentExcellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skillsHighly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills, to include partnering across cross-functional teams Bonus points for...Being driven and inspired by EF's mission: opening the world through educationHaving an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to jump in and "get your hands dirty" Google Ads Bing Ads certificationBeing naturally curious and love a good challenge Having the ability to confidently make decisions and generate ideas Being willing to ask for help and welcome feedbackWho we are: The overall ETEA Marketing and Creative team is made up of 45 staff: writers, designers, video editors, producers, photographers, web content developers, email and marketing automation, lead-generators, and more.
