The role will partner with the Human Resources team, Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across the Company to undertake a wide range of Payroll related tasks outlined below.Job ResponsibilitiesTimely and accurate administration of company payroll for all US employeesPartner with finance to reconcile and journal semi-monthly payrolls and balance payroll accounts by resolving discrepanciesEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, and monitoring proposed legislation changesProcess semi-annual payments for the Supplemental Executive Compensation PlanManage the vendor file feed process and the annual W-2 processManage the ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS) local partnership to maintain timely and accurate payrolls and tax filing which include employee and company level amendmentsLead tax support for tax equalization for Expat associatesOwn processing and balancing 401k, HSA and FSA funding accurately and timelySupport Human Resources Director by providing headcount and turnover reporting on a monthly basisFacilitate reporting for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Census Data, Global, and other ad hoc requestsImplement and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions as they relate to Human Resources Administration, payroll and benefitsOwn data administration for all employee life-cycle events into various HRISAct as strong HR team member to support various HR initiatives as neededSupport end of year annual compensation process by generating master spreadsheets and conducting analysis ad neededServe as the point-person for data requests in support of employment insurance policy renewalsManage related unemployment claims and employment verification requestsRespond to and act as point person for all payroll related inquiriesJob Requirements 8 + years of ADP payroll experienceBachelor's DegreeIntermediate to Advanced Excel SkillsKnowledge of federal, state and local employment lawsAttention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesExcellent written communication skillsExcellent telephone and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialitySense of urgency and commitment to high level of customer serviceCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) Certification a plusPerks and Benefits As a global leader in financial services, we rely on the strengths of our employees to deliver their best work for our clients.
