Our products can be found in over 6,500 doors including major retailers such as Target, Whole Foods Market, Anthropologie, Free People, and more.Role DescriptionThe Product Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creation & execution of new skincare products for ESW Beauty, starting from idea generation to the formulation process, and the final launch. You will support the COO with communicating with our lab partners and contract manufacturers to produce new products as well as assist with projectsactivities that improve the performance, quality, and profitability of the existing assortment. ResponsibilitiesConduct the product ideation and conceptualization process for new launches (market research, competitive analysis, innovation research, mood boards, etc.)Communicate with our labs and contract manufacturers on all details in the product development process (ingredient selection, sample testing, etc) Collaborate with key cross-functional team members to maintain a timeline and product launch scheduleEnsure cost of goods targets are met for all products being developedCataloging and maintaining inventory for product samples including competitive benchmarks, innovation presentations, and project submissions.Following up with CM partners on testing and submission of samplesDevelop and maintain product launch calendar and communicate timelines and product specifications to relevant internal teams, such as marketing and operations.Support the sales team with vendor onboarding, compliance paperwork, etc Any other projects or tasks that are assigned Qualifications2+ years of product development experience in the beauty industry (preferably skincare) Knowledge of the skincare industry (especially sheet masks) and main ingredients Familiar with regulatory affairs, compliance, and required testing within the beauty industryQuick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a "˜self-start' mentalityBe comfortable with a schedule that may potentially require weekday eveningsweekend workAbility to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure quality outputAble to work independently and within a teamBonus if you are fluent and can readwrite in Korean Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience level) + bonus Benefits Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits401(k) with 4% equivalent employer match80 hours of PTO Volunteer Time OffEmployee Discount
