Job Description:

We are representing an industry leading automotive supplier who is actively seeking a Senior Quality Manager (multiple plants). The Senior Quality Manager will report directly to the VPGeneral Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!POSITION OVERVIEWCandidate will report to the company General Manager while managing (2) Quality Managers and over 1,000+ employees across (2) manufacturing plete financialbudgetary ownership of departmentCandidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different departmentsCandidate will work to train and develop Quality ManagersProvide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendorsDirect and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.Work closely with plant staff to development "HI-POT " talentResponsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.POSITION REQUIREMENTSDegree is preferred for considerationCandidate should have at least 5 years of automotive Quality management experienceCandidate should be well versed in IATF-16949Experience with Stamping, BIWWelding, Assembly
