The Marketing Technologist position requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and technical proficiency, along with a deep understanding of the organization's mission and goals.An ideal candidate for the Marketing Technologist role will possess creative problem-solving abilities, a passion for leveraging technology to achieve strategic objectives, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectivesUtilize marketing technology platforms to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiencyManage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and website, to increase engagement and drive conversionsImplement and maintain marketing analytics tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaignsConduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-makingStay informed about emerging trends and best practices in marketing technology, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our marketing effortsProvide training and support to team members on marketing technology platforms and toolsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing technology or a related role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniquesProficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as SalesforceProficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe AnalyticsExperience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems such as WordPress, a plus
