We're currently seeking an extroverted skilled healthcare sales professional to join our team, covering our groundbreaking neuro rehabilitation program in Maine:Experience in the healthcare sector highly preferredHealthcare sales: rehab, hospitals, acute care, post acute, outpatient, etc. preferredBuilt-in network in the local healthcare marketKnowledge of rehabilitation, neuro therapy, acute, post-acute care a plusApply today to start your journey with our talented Business Development Team!Job Description:Performs business development initiatives, including calling on potential new key accounts in the healthcare fieldSustains a record of high achievement in business development and renewed business evidenced by quarterly and annual growth of new referralsSpeaks directly with new and existing healthcare clients to explain features and benefits of services offered based on the client's needsDevelopsimplements accounts specific marketing approaches for each referral source. Observesdocuments sales trends and competitors' activities and evaluates market conditionsIdentifiesprioritizes high dollarvolume accounts and with the Executive Director and Director of Business Development, prepares annual salesmarketing plans. Implements approved plans and evaluatesupdates as indicated on a monthly basisVisitscontacts potential clients including hospitals, payers, families and physicians to promote programs organizescoordinates local, specialized marketing events, in conjunction with Executive Director on a monthly basis, designed to educate consumers about programsAttends pertinent industry trade showsconferences to promote Company services. Prepares literatureflyers to target specific customer groups as neededProvides timely updates to the company database with account contacts and ensures pre-established criteria for frequency of contacts not metInputstracks account information and marketing activity and complete weeklymonthlyquarterly reports in specified format.
