The Contract Compliance Analyst II will support the Manager of Contracts Compliance and the Chief Legal Officer, Medxcel, with various leadership initiatives and administrative and legal responsibilities. This position will lead process improvement initiatives for the creation and development of various construction agreements, such as Architect and Contractor agreements. Additionally, this position will design and implement a comprehensive and interactive training program for Project Managers, Regional Construction Managers, and other internal stakeholders. This position will be responsible for engaging internal stakeholders to educate, coordinate, and initiate projects related to the construction contracting process. It will also serve as the liaison between legal and internal stakeholders. Moreover, this position will support the in-house legal team by actively reviewing and managing executed agreements to ensure Medxcel is fulfilling its obligations defined in its agreements. Finally, this position will monitor ongoing legal disputes, track legal issues involving service of process, actively review legal reporting requirements, draft agreements and various legal notices, facilitate and coordinate the processing of contract activities through completion; and create and maintain form contracts, and ensure compliant database management and maintenance. This position will work collaboratively with in-house attorneys and administrative staff and will interface with internal clients regularly as a key point of contact within the Legal Department.
