Job Description:

```Duties```- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans- Conduct therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy activities- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals- Monitor patients for any changes in behavior or symptoms- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care```Experience```- Open to entry-level experience working in a mental health setting- Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping- Knowledge of therapy techniques and interventions- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes- Experience in providing care for individuals with PTSD, including trauma-informed care approaches- Knowledge of dance therapy as an alternative therapeutic modality- Ability to collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and treatment effectiveness- Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)- Familiarity with addiction counseling principles and techniques for individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders- Understanding of chronic pain management strategies and counseling approaches for individuals experiencing chronic pain
