Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead, guide and coordinate all marketing efforts while adhering to the Marketing Standards to ensure the marketing efforts result in specific measurable, tracked results. The Marketing Coordinator is a professional whose main job is concerned with aiding the marketing team. The most important part of the marketing coordinator's role is to look after every aspect of the marketing work. A marketing coordinator must work collaterally with other marketing teams and suggest ways and methods that can help the firm achieve targets and give maximum output in a stipulated period. Responsibilities: Review and assign new business intake calls to the sales team.Prepare, lead, and facilitate the weekly Marketing Meeting per firm agenda.Lead and hold all outside marketing vendors accountable to delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs reporting.Weekly update of strategic marketing plan with project management with the firm's CMO.Monitor all social channels and website inquiries and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns.Persistently monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals)Coordinate Advertising - Coordinate all advertising activity as set forth by the management committee between specific media andor advertising agencies. Work closely with CSC to work on reporting KPIs to reflect the status of all potential new clients.Collaborate with attorneys to analyze the initial consultation process.Execute and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements.Project Management and accountability of ALL outside marketing vendors, and contractors while reporting weekly to the team the progress and status of all Work in progress.Help manage online marketing campaigns and publish write-ups on blogs and social networking websites.Manage marketing newsletters and use the latest technology to achieve a greater audience.Manage the scoring system for evaluating the quality of our marketing strategies and services.Manage and Implement Firm online review system.Coordinates all private workshop details, with assistance as needed from the Client Services Coordinator.Reports weekly marketing status during the Weekly StakeholdersTeam MeetingCalendar, gather, and submit marketing data reporting requirements consistent with firm PSPs.Plan speaking and networking events for the owner and team members to attend.Works closely with the Owner to plan and coordinate local marketing events, including briefings, roundtables, and seminars.Assist the Owner with enhancing the firm's visibility and image in the local market and throughout the firm.
