Job Description:

Atlantic Retail Properties is looking for a responsible and dedicated Office & Broker Coordinator to perform administrative, clerical, and support tasks in our Charlotte office. Duties of the role include providing support to our brokers and marketing team, assisting in daily office needs and assisting with the office's general administrative duties. Job ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors at the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for the officeManagement of the break room including supply orderingInbound and outbound mail documents and packagesSubmit issues to the property management companyPrepare conference room for meetingExpense reportingSupport the brokers with research and scheduling tasksAssist with ICSC event preparationAssist the Office Manager with other duties, as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentProven experience as an administrative assistant or similar position is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectiveAttention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasksStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)NC Notary publicJob Type: Full-timeExpected Hours: 9AM - 5PM
