Seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (280 beds) Location: Arverne, NY 11692Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, Full time ADON Duties and Responsibilities:Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports delivery of high-quality resident care.Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing PersonnelServing as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse managementMaking decisions regarding nursing and unit problemsAttending and supervising wound rounds weeklyParticipating in facility surveysCommunicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident's familiesBenefits:Flexible start and end time (7am-8am to 3pm-4pm)Competitive Compensation: up to $160,000 annually.A TON of PTO, 401K with 3% matching, medical, optical and dental insurance, voluntary supplemental insurance plans, FREE PARKING and more!
