SCI.ON (Specialty Consultants Inc. Opportunity Network), is seeking a Community Manager to join our client, a private multifamily property manager to lead property operations for communities located in Victorville, CA. The company is seeking an individual to lead the on-site team, maximize occupancy, and minimize property operating expenses while maintaining a quality product.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.Assist in budget preparation and maintain expenses within budget guidelines.Manage approved vendor list and ensure timely processing of accounts payable.Maintain office operations and property appearance; fill in as needed in leasing itiate policies, maintain staff and resident communication, conduct property inspections.Qualifications:High School degree, preferredPreferred experience in property management or related field.CAM®ARM® designation preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, YARDI®, and related software preferred.Knowledge of LandlordTenant laws, Fair HousingADA regulations, and OSHA & EPA requirements.
