They're seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join the Human Resources department and assist with talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, while enhancing the company's brand.This position is fully onsite in Southwest Boston.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and expectations for open positions.Develop and implement strategic recruiting tactics and job postings on various platforms, including social media and job boards.Utilize sourcing strategies and tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and refine recruiting strategies based on market conditions and hiring manager feedback.Negotiate employment offers by partnering with hiring managers, senior management, and other stakeholders.Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a network of potential hires.Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and interviewed candidates, and other candidate relationships.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent years of experience. Minimum of 1+ year of recruiting experience in manufacturing, retail or distribution setting. Experience with social media recruiting and multiple social media sites. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using HRIS and ATS software.
