Exceptional opportunity available for General Manager with full-service expertise to oversee the rebranding of a lifestyle, boutique hotel property. Must have expertise in rooms operations, sales and marketing , food & beverage, catering, revenue management, and managing P&L. Candidates with hotel opening experience preferred. If you are from Michigan, and would like to return home to Detroit area, this may be an ideal position to consider. Responsibilities include: Directing all pre-opening effortsEstablishing SOPsHiring department heads and leading the staffing effortsEnsuring employees are expertly trained and provide exemplary serviceManaging P&LEnsuring outstanding guest experiencesHandle any and all guest service matters Candidates with ties to Michigan preferred.
