Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Establishes FMLA claims; tracks and codes documentation in accordance with internal workflow processes.Analyzes FMLA claims to determine eligibility, entitlement and the certification is in compliance with federalstate regulations and company municates clearly and concisely with employees about case decisions and on-going expectations.Checking emails and responding to questions or queries from employees regarding (claimsleaves denial cases etc.).Bilingual will be huge plus (Spanish, Latin American lingual).Deal with LOA or absence tracker.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Minimum High school diploma.Tech savvy in Excel and spreadsheet, one who can navigate and update spreadsheet.7AM-7PM shift- can vary and can be rotational also, need to be comfortable with Shift.Our client is a leading Airlines Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
