SUMMARYWe are searching for qualified candidates to provide coordination, management, planning and implementation for systems addressing complex opening solutions. Projects are primarily in aviation, shipyard, mining, military, and other commercial settings. Commercial construction or heavy industrial construction experience is a must. Base salary up to $75k to $85k, DOEKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Sales pre-turnover activities including pre-release approvalsParticipate in door project contract reviewCoordinate door project design & operation reviewPlan and execute specialty projects, establish and manage project costsManage Electrical and Mechanical drawing submittalsManage installation activities and General Contractor (GC) coordinationManage project Change Orders, assist the Installation coordinator with field issuesAmong other dutiesABILITIESKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project managementKnowledge of general building construction managementExperience with architectural and structural drawingsKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsQuality control experienceKnowledge of LEED requirements and documentationFrequent travelEXPERIENCEExperience in general contracting or sub-contracting capacity.Experienced "job" site equipment installation management.Desire experience working with architects and engineers.Two to five years work experience in project management, proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.Base salary up to $75k to $85k, DOEInterested candidates contact Tracy Knight | m: 678-852-9170 | US: I.K.
