Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team! Their office is located in The Villages, FL. Please only apply if you are within an hour commute of the area. This position is fully onsite. Compensation range:$100,000-$115,000 with potential of 10% bonusResponsibilities:Manage the FP&A Staff Lead the financial and operational metrics for primary and specialty care Monthly financial forecasting and annual budget Manage bonus reporting, payments, commissions reporting and payments Oversee documentation of processes within the FP&A team Prepare monthly cash flow projections Other duties as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required MBA preferred 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred Ability to pull, track, analyze and report of KPI's and metrics of the organizationAbility to think strategically and develop innovative solutions Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills Highly organized Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
