This Springfield company has been in business for nearly 40 years. They are planning for significant growth over the next 5 years and are adding a lead Accountant to their team.The Accountant will oversee all aspects of the company's accounting and finance operations. Expect to play a significant role in integrating new acquisitions into the finance and accounting structure.Benefits & Features:Make $75K or more depending on experienceHealth InsuranceMatching RetirementCompetitive PTO planBonus opportunitiesSome of the duties of the Accountant will include:Produce complete and accurate monthly financial statements and related financial reporting.Build out a month-end checklist and fully own the month-end close plete all monthly, quarterly, and year-end close entries, schedules and financial reports.Analyze financial reports for management and key decision makers.Lead the organization through implementing the remaining modules of its ERP system.Coordinate with CFO to prepare cash flow forecasting.Skills for success:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree with 4 + years of professional experience in the accounting field (public accounting experience preferred.)Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Additional certification (CPA andor CMA) preferred, but not required.Experience in ERPs and QuickBooks highly preferred.Apply online with Express today!
