About the Job - What You'll Do:Be the superhero of emergency requests on evenings and weekendsRock the evening shifts with independence and autonomyWork with site managers and vendors to tackle emergency service and maintenance needsProvide detailed notes and photos for managementOnboard and manage vendors, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and SLAs are followedKeep clients in the loop throughout the entire job or taskHandle project pricing with precision, ensuring budgets stay on targetShowcase your impressive time management skills and excel at prioritizing workloadsHandle our fast-paced office and call center environment with easeKeep the energy high with positive communication with vendors, clients, and team membersSeek clarification when needed and signal for backup when neededThis job is an on-call, full-time role that primarily takes place on the weekends and evenings. This role is a hybrid of in-office time and remote days. Training will be held in person during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., during the first few months in our Toms River, NJ office.
