Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and at least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Field high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers for inquiries on post-order entry questions regarding order status, tracking information, lead times, plete order editschangesAssist with customer requests for product info such as SDS sheetsProvide shippingfreight quotes to customersProcess RGA and Credit requests for returns, damaged or missing product, replacement goods shipmentsWork with TrafficShipping teams to help coordinate third-party LTL shipmentsWork with Traffic team to initiate freight claims for damagedlost goodsWork with Accounts Receivable department to resolve short-pay invoicesWork with Inventory and Warehouse Receiving teams to resolve undocumented returnsMonitor Customer Service queues in Axapta daily for follow up on RGA and pending CreditsWork with Regional Directors and internal Sales Administrators in support of customersOther duties as assignedEducation, Certifications and Licensures:2+ Years Experience in Customer Service or related role preferred but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesAbility to follow through on resolving customer issues to completion
