OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT:Assist in the production of interior design construction documents which include 2D3D building perimeters, architectural updates, field dimensions plans and core drill plans. You will also be working with designers and project managers to make sure everything is represented and accounted for within our plan sets. A DAY IN THE LIFE:Read and interpret architectural files or field dimensions.Resolve discrepancies between original drawings received and approved plans.Develop3D BIM files.Update building shell with updated architectural plans during the course of a plete final construction document responsibilities.Develop core drill plans for steel installation.Assist with new customer drawings and projects.Analyze CAD process discrepancies and facilitate BIM updates.Assists BIM team with visual representations and renderings.Assists design in the use of 3D BIM models and proper representation.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Minimum of an associate degree in the Architectural Field.2-4 years work experience utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.Proficiency using AutoCAD and Revit needed.Experience working with communication and the Design, Project Management and Sales Departments.Ability to successfully complete basic project-specific work with CAD team supervision.Ability to maintain individual management of projects with CAD team supervision.Accepts direction and is able to execute on those requests.Excellent listening and verbalwritten communication fortable using Microsoft Office pletes special projects as assigned.Assists with on-boarding of CAD 1 associates.Assists with department documentation.
