Our client, a leading health insurer, is seeking an Associate MarketingSpecialist to support event marketing initiatives!Associate Marketing SpecialistPay: $25-31.25hr9am-5pm M-F with flexibility for evening events on occasion30+ hours per week 2 month contract to startOn site: San Antonio, TX 78257Responsibilities:Arrange marketing packages for distribution to agencies, AOS locations, MIC, etc.Deliver marketing packages to various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.Provide support during Growth Events at community organizations, including setting up marketing materials and assisting with event logistics.Assist in organizing and executing Clinic Retention events to promote customer loyalty.Foster and maintain broker relationships to emphasize GSA Provider growth initiatives.Set up and break down event marketing materials as needed for various promotional activities.Identify and cultivate new community partnerships that align with the company's Medicare initiatives.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing marketing materials.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Prior experience in marketing or related field is preferred.Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.#LI-RB1
