While having Series 7 and 66 licenses is advantageous, they are not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client service, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong communication skills.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in management systems.Educate clients about account services, features, and investment opportunities.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings.Gather required documentation for new accounts, service requests, and transactions.Coordinate marketing events and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.Upkeep marketing materials, including brochures, pitch books, and online content.Furnish the team with a comprehensive activity calendar, highlighting key events, meetings, and deadlines.Qualifications:3-5 years of client service experience in the finance industry is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations is desirable but not required.Attributes:Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
