Toolmakers at T&M are responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting and repairing tools and dies, conducting quality inspections, and efficient production. QualificationsProficiency in deep draw andor progressive manufacturingExperience in troubleshooting and repairing tools and diesKnowledge of tooling materials and manufacturing processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control techniquesStrong problem-solving and attention to detail skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
