A renowned top 200 AM Law is in search of an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their Real Estate Department practice group in either NaplesBonita SpringsFort Myers .RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have atleast 8 years of real estate experience to include:Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases;Title and survey review and analysis;Review and negotiation of commercial loan documents;Title insurance; andFamiliarity with entity documents, authority, and resolutions.About You:Portable book of business in preferred but not required.Member of the Florida Bar and in good standingWell organized, efficient and possess a strong work ethicExcellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines.Possess a responses and service-oriented attitude and display sound and practical business return, the firm offers opportunities for long-term success and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
