The Executive Assistant will provide support through a one-on-one working relationship with MZQ's CEO, and other Executive Leadership for all operating companies under Compliance Holdings when needed. The Executive Assistant must love helping others, be tenacious about getting things done, and enjoy working in multiple, fast-paced environments. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and will have strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills.The Executive Assistant should possess the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Administrative Assistant should have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion. This individual must also be able to work well under pressure, while handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Complete a wide variety of administrative tasksManage calendars, create and complete expense reports, and arrange complex and detailed travel plansBe the gatekeeper to the CEO's calendarSchedule appointments and coordinate between business and personal calendarsSchedule and coordinate meetingsManage email correspondence and phone messagesMake certain the CEO is informed of upcoming daily, weekly, and monthly commitments, projects and responsibilities, following up as appropriateArrange and coordinate meetings and events for executive teamMaintain organization of CEO's office and workspaceOrder meals and food delivery, as requiredMaintain time records for billing purposesOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent ExperienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executivesProven track record of collaborative workAbility to problem solve, proactively identify issues, and manage through self-reliantly to solutionHigh attention to detail with excellent quality of work and accuracyHighly resourceful team-playerStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationshipsProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demandsExperience with travel coordination and event planningDemonstrates the highest level of client service and response to both internal and external clientsNavigates multiple internal computer systems with easeCritical and independent thinkerAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirementsSupervisory Responsibility:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:This is a hybrid position, working onsite primarily. Our office is in Pikesville, Maryland. This position reports directly to the CEO. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The role may involve extended periods of sitting, standing, or computer use.Expected Hours of Work:Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule. This position often works weekdays, however, there may be some evening and weekend events that will require your attendance to perform the role's duties.
