Our client, a prestigious private equity firm in Menlo Park, is searching for an ambitious Executive Assistant with administrative support, events, and other projects! Salary Range:$80,000-100,000k base range + bonus + equity participation + generous benefitsSchedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day WFHResponsibilities: Calendar management with organizing and scheduling appointments and meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements both domestic and foreignPerform expense reporting with concurManage projects and ad hoc duties as neededMaintaining vendor and supplier contact records in their tracking system.Tracking attendance for eventsManaging team calendar and tracking events across the organizationProviding general administrative support for event planning and productionRequirements: Bachelor's degree preferedAt least 2 years of administrative or event support experienceA passion for events and planningAbility to adapt at a moment's notice and always find solutionsProven ability to organize, prioritize assignments, and multitask in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a teamPlease submit your resume to be considered!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
