Commercial Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a permanent Underwriter to join their growing team!Responsibilities:Underwrite business loan requests of all sizes utilizing business and personal financial information.Perform annual financial and collateral review process for commercial credit relationships.Coordinate and oversee efforts to collect all necessary financial information, maintaining a master schedule for all required loan reviews within the portfolio.Prepare Commercial Loans Problem Watch List and provide recommendations for Loan Loss Allowances for impaired credits.Attend all loan committee meetings and prepare and maintain loan committee minutes.Assist loan officers in monitoring past due loans, non-accruals, and maturing loans.Requirements: 2-6 years experience in commercial credit and underwriting within the Commercial Banking space.Must be fluent in Mandarin or CantonesePrevious CRE experience is a plusBachelor's degree
