Job Title: Accounts Payable ManagerSalary: Up to $112,000Location: Fort Mill, SC: Hybrid Flex - Remote (MonFri), In-office (TueWedThu)Overview: Under the guidance of the Controller, the Accounts Payable (AP) Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable Team. This position involves analyzing invoice flows, ensuring accuracy in approvals, and facilitating timely payments to vendors. Additionally, the AP Manager will directly supervise a team of specialists, ensuring their efficiency and adherence to company protocols.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the accurate and efficient processing of all invoices.Ensure prompt input of invoices into Oracle within 2 business days of receipt.Generate and submit payment requirements for management approval.Process check, ACH, Wire, and credit card payments.Resolve discrepancies in vendor setup and coordinate 1099 tax reporting.Assist with bi-monthly IA rebate processing and prepare analysis reports.Serve as a liaison with travel and credit card providers, providing reporting to senior management.Supervise staff, monitor performance, and provide disciplinary actions when necessary.Train and coach AP staff on processes, controls, and efficiencies.Assist in projects assigned by department management to maintain data integrity.Identify and report issues affecting client relationships to the Controller.Collaborate with the Controller on special projects requiring detailed activity analysis.About The Candidate:Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.Proficient in analytical skills with exceptional written and verbal communication.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional tools.Attention to detail with familiarity in Oracle database and Sequel fortable multitasking and working under pressure.Demonstrated leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for excellence.Flexible work schedule to accommodate peak times.
