If you are seeking an entry level role, and have interest in financial services operations, please this role you will be responsible for a variety of important administrative to help keep our team running smoothly and effectively.Contract to HireLocation: Waltham, free parkingHours: 8:30-5:30Pay: $25hrSalary: 50-55kKey Responsibilities:- Reviewing incoming transfer requests for advisor offices joining the team and processing in a timely manner- Reviewing incoming transfer correspondence from our back office, National Financial Services and verifying relevant information related to the request- Placing calls to contra firms to inquire about firm requirements and transfer status- Potential for other duties as neededCore strengths:- Able to process high volume of repetitive tasks with accuracy- Self-motivated- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Able to handle several tasks at once and switch gears when needed- Attention to detailMust have:-Bachelor's Degree preferred-MS OfficeNice to have:-Previous experience in financial services
