Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking Superintendents to lead their Life Science or Healthcare projects in the Jacksonville, FL area.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and Renovations of Life Science, or Healthcare projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout project. Other project experience we will consider include Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Food & Beverage, Cleanroom.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality ControlQuality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 5-7 years of Lead Superintendent experienceExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionMust be willing to travel on site to locationsWHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medicaldentalvision options, 401k, bonus (projectannual), PTO, vehicle allowance or company car, per diem, and growth potential, stock programsOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projectsJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
