The work requires a high level of professionalism, performance, and accountability. The Executive Administrator will work on a fast-paced Expeditionary Operations Travel team managing deployment and travel actions and must have a mission-oriented perspective and a knack for customer service.Roles & Responsibilities:Utilize Defense Travel System (DTS) to coordinate travelFamiliar with standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, facsimile, teleconferencevideoconferencing equipment)Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events including providing assistance to visitor personnelProduce correspondence such as emails, letters, documents and other materials following office templates and formatsCustomer service, interacting with internal and external personnelBasic Qualifications:Current TSSCI security clearance is required for consideration; CI poly preferredExperience supporting government travel and understanding of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited universitycollege with 8+ years of secretary experience and 2+ years of that time providing support to a senior level officeORAssociates degree in General Business Administration or a related degree from an accredited universitycollege with 10+ years of secretary experience and 4+ years of that time providing support to a senior level officeORHigh School diploma with 14+ years of secretary experience and 6+ years of that time providing support to a senior level officeComputer skills with proficiency working across the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPrior experience working with a centralized routing and tasking system such as N-CERTSAbility to prioritize workload and coordinate with multiple resourcesStrong verbal communication skills to articulate and exchange information (requirements, actions, status, etc.)Strong written communication skills, command of English language grammarUnderstanding of sensitive document handling and compliance with a "clean desk" work environmentTyping speed of 45 WPM minimumPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting NGA is desiredBenefits:Exceptional MedicalDentalVision coverage with 100% of the premiums paid by the company for all employees and their eligible dependents401k - Vested immediately and 4% matchLife insurance and disability paid by the companyAFLAC AvailableTuition Assistance 12 Paid HolidaysAt Culmen International we are committed to creating, promoting, and sustaining a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
