Registered Dental Hygienist Qualifications:Licensed RDHWorking experience with Sealants and PolishingOrganized. Reliable. Ability to multi-task. Experience with Microsoft Office ApplicationsCPR certification cardMin. of 1 year working experience as a Dental HygienistDigital X-ray Imaging experienceMust have Valid driver license and a willingness to travel to schools in neighboring countiesWorks well with childrenTeam player and able to work on a small team Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Responsibilities:Assist with oral health management of all patientsVerify the identity of patient using name and date of birth prior to administering treatmentReview medical history and other pertinent oral health informationObtain oral health assessment of each patientProvide oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis scaling, sealant application and fluoride application consistent with accepted best practices and standardsProvide dental assistance as directed by the dentistProvide oral health education and individual counseling to each patient according to known oral health care practices (e.g. tooth brushing, flossing)Document provided dental services on the patient's chartDaily travel to and from school sitesBe a team player at all times Smile Pennsylvania Offers: Evenings, weekends and summers off!Working a school day schedule (about 6 - 7 hours); on average between 8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.Benefit package (health, dental, vision)Unique work experience and flexible schedulingFull and part time positionsCompetitive compensationState-of-the-art portable dental equipmentLatest technology & digital radiography Want to learn more?
