Plant ManagerAmotec has been retained on a search for a Plant Manager. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" leadership position with responsibility to lead, direct, and manage a large manufacturing site near Highland, IL. Our client is a global, publically traded manufacturer. The Plant Manager will report to the Director of Operations, holding responsibility for maintaining budgets, employee relations, quality, supply chain, materials and operations.
