Molecular Pathology Project ManagerSpring House, PA1-year contract with likelihood of extension The Molecular Pathology Project Manager will provide key project management capabilities across research and development activities in Molecular Pathology across the R&D project portfolio.Description:Lead the management of Molecular Pathology projects throughout their lifecycle of assignment to dependently provide comprehensive oversight and tracking on ongoing initiatives throughout the lifecycle and scope of Molecular Pathology R&D projects.Manage cross-functional internal and external teams and collaborations specific to Molecular Pathology R&D portfolio projects.Create training documents, generate process improvements and optimizations, and educate stakeholders to ensure consistency in workflows.Utilize available resources and tools to develop and optimize workflows in alignment with project needs.Perform project completion activities to execute on all closeout activities for each project plan.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within R&D teams in PharmaExperience working within PathologyMolecular PathologyPrior experience working for a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company requiredBackground as a scientist within a Pathology team preferred
