This dynamic position involves financial responsibilities such as controlling negative on-hand reports, reconciling parts sold but not posted, and issuing credits for returned parts. Additionally, the Assistant Parts Manager contributes to efficient departmental operations by monitoring inventory levels, and developing strategies for enhanced efficiency. The Assistant Parts Manager is also dedicated to maintaining excellent customer service standards, resolving complaints promptly, fostering teamwork with other departments, and cultivating positive relationships with vendors.
