DGM Land Planning Consultants, a leading company in the land planning and development industry, is currently seeking a DesignerLandscape Architect to join our team of problem solvers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating site plans and land plans for builders and developers, with a focus on project facilitation from initial concept to final execution.Responsibilities:- Preparation of site plans and land plans for builders and developers.- Project management from initial concept to final execution.- Collaboration with allied professionals (engineers, architects, arborists, surveyors, zoning attorneys) in order to complete each project- Remain proactive in your approach to work and responsive to client needs.- Strive for excellence in everything you do.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture.- 0-4 years of experience in the field.- Interest in pursuing maintaining licensure and professional growth in land development and the "engineering oriented" side of the industry.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.We offer a positive, family-oriented working environment, and the opportunity for you to grow your skill set and education in the field.
