Senior Analyst: FP&A, Strategy, & AcquisitionsOur fast-growing Oilfield Services related client I searching for a Senior Analyst to join their platform. This Senior Analyst will be supporting various functions within Finance and Accounting. They will be engaged in multiple responsibilities: corporate finance, FP&A, corporate development, strategy, sustainability, and investor relations.Key Responsibilities:Manage annual budget process and support budget planningConduct financial analysis and modeling for investment opportunitiesAssist in due diligence for acquisitionsCollaborate with senior management on corporate strategiesMaintain financial reports and projection modelsPrepare ad hoc reports and graphical representationsCompile variance analysis for financial statement accountsDevelop internal and external presentation materialsRequirements:1-3 years of relevant corporate finance, Corporate Development, Consulting or Investment Banking experience within the energy spaceProficiency in Excel and PowerPointWill have a strong 3-statement financial modeling skill setUnderstanding of accounting systemsStrong analytical and communication skillsExcellent organizational and prioritization abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlines4 years of experience or a BBA in a relevant field preferred
