The Judge Group is looking for Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in several states across the country with one of the largest healthcare providers.Pay - HIGHLY competitive, paid per assessment - dependent upon experienceContract - ongoing (no end date)Schedule - PART TIME OR FULL TIME - dependent upon your needAll training and equipment provided by clientW2 positionOverview:A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete in home health assessments on patients within a geographic area of responsibility (county). The nature of the House Calls visit is to complete annual health assessments on Medicare Advantage members, each assessment ranging from 45-90 minutes in length. House Calls hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm. Weekend hours are allowed if that works with your schedule. Qualifications:Minimum 6 months experience working as a NP when you start the roleNP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP, or the ability to obtain national certification andor NP license in state of assignment) active, unencumbered licensure free any openunresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practiceAll board certifications accepted EXCEPT PMHNP or WMNPExperience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus.Home Health care or home visit experience is a plus.
