If you are interested in working for a well-established construction company that is a leader across many industries, serving clients throughout the northeast US, then this is the position for you!The Construction Project Manager will: Estimate project work and kick off new projects with the team.Support the project bidding process.Build a project plan to track the activities to ensure the project is on time and within budget parameters set at the startParticipate in the quote and RFP process and submit to new customers Understand the submittal process.Prepare and maintain project schedules and communicate with key team members and municate internally and externally with contractors, customers, vendors, and other management throughout the project.Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: Minimum three (3) years of construction industry experienceDemonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction work environmentExperience in managing projects with high attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to take initiative and accept responsibility for assigned tasksExperience with MS OfficeAbility to work onsite in New Jersey Salary based on experience in the $70k - $95k range pay PLUS an excellent full benefit package and perks.
