Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work in Omaha, NE.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.Manages user stories for one or more products.Prioritizes backlog based on user value, time, and other dependenciesIteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architectsEstablishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.Lead team andor client system demonstrationsQualifications:You will have 5+ Years as a Product OwnerAgile Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP)Prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems andor digital deliveryScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience [preferred]Experience in data warehousingdata miningdata analytics.Understand product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contactsPreferred:You are a very professional individual who can interact with all levels (CEOs, President, Directors, etc.)You will have 5-10 years of bankingfinancial industry knowledgeYou will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou will be a strategic thinkerBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.
