Quality is in our DNA -- is it in yours?This opportunity is full-time during first shift.Location: Knoxville, TNDays: Monday - FridayHours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (may vary)Full-time Benefits eligibleIn this role, you will:Provide day to day oversight of core lab operationsensure adequate staffing and appropriate environmental conditionsEvaluates, develops, and implements laboratory proceduresAvailable to provide consultation (in person, telephone or email) to resolve technical problemsDefines, coordinates, and monitors quality assurance programs.Communicates with the Sales and Customer Service team to identify and resolve client issuesUtilizes the LIS to report patient results accuratelyIntegral part of the budgeting process, identifying future needs in terms of staffing, equipment, and facilities.
