In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building strategic partnerships with businesses, offering them our innovative supplemental insurance solutions to support their employees' health and well-being.**Key Responsibilities:**- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2B partners within various industries.- Collaborate with partners to understand their specific needs and challenges.- Present our industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings, showcasing their value and benefits.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.- Serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.**Qualifications:**- Strong passion for making a positive impact and helping others.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Ability to understand and articulate our supplemental health insurance solutions to diverse audiences.- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a desire for continuous growth.-Willing and eager to be out in the community, not behind a desk.
